Profit with
purpose

NFD Classic offers Shari'ah-compliant, asset-backed participation in the industrialisation of African fashion. Returns are paid from real production, with transparency built into the system’s architecture.

The opportunity

Capital buys machines, hubs and inventory: assets you can stand in front of, not promises.

Nigeria’s garment industry is large, fragmented and chronically underserved: schools and corporates buying uniforms at volume have no standardised national supplier. NFD Classic is consolidating that demand into a hub-and-spoke franchise network, with proprietary AI and digital operations as the moat.

Permanent equity

Makes you a long-term owner of the company as it scales, with profit distributed in proportion to your stake.

Diminishing Musharakah

Pairs you with NFD Classic in joint ownership of a specific hub’s assets. You receive a monthly share of the hub’s profit while the company buys back your units over 36–48 months. By the end of the term you have recouped your capital plus profit, and the hub passes into full local ownership. No interest, no speculation, assets all the way down.

Transparency by design

Trust here is structural, not promised

Investors receive a read-only portal showing bank reconciliations, sales receipts and distribution statements. Records are immutable once created, and every payment in the network is electronic and logged. Shari’ah compliance is auditable because nothing is hidden.
